“Great tool but support needs improvement”
Pros
The team is really cooperative and provides support when I need it. Response times are great too.
Cons
The software has some bugs that pop up now and then. Also I have to manually enter last years social data since it does not auto-populate which adds extra work. Additionally there are some redundant tasks I end up doing due to the way it's set up.
