Amazing product with excellent service!

Pros

Overall, the product and service we received from Cyanic were really impressive. They customized everything specifically for us and it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for.

All in one solution

Pros

Working with this tool was a great experience. There are three main positives we've gotten from working with them. First all the other vendors we reached out to for HSE software had a lot of red tape, phone call transfers, and other annoying delays before we could talk to someone. But with Cyanic, the first call was with the owner of the company which was a nice surprise. It was refreshing to speak with someone who genuinely cares about the company and its product, rather than just someone looking to make a sale. That was the first positive. The second positive is the product itself. One of their core values is simplicity and they really deliver on that. Every feature in the app is only two clicks away and all the buttons are big and easy to use which is great for our team, including the toughest workers. Plus, their training was quick, effective and exactly what we needed. The final positive comes from their pricing. They have a moderate upfront creation fee but the real value is in their incredibly low monthly cost. A lot of other companies charge per user which can get very expensive even for medium-sized companies. Cyanic, however, charges a single licensing fee regardless of how many users you have, and it's much lower than we expected. That's where our third positive comes from.

Cons

The only thing I wasn't too excited about was that, while the owner communicated well with us, there were often interruptions during our web calls. I think it would be helpful if the owner could delegate some of the smaller tasks so he could fully focus on his clients during each meeting.

Great software that has truly delivered

Pros

Price wise, It offers a toptier product at a great price point for the quality and service provided. The ease of use is fantastic, it was simple for everyone in our company to understand and start using the product right away. When it comes to change implementations, the developers were great and they pushed requested updates live, usually within a week. They were always responsive and quick with any change requests.

Cons

During our phone calls and information sessions, sometimes the calls were cut short or rescheduled because the owner had too many things pulling his attention. But once we were on the phone, he was very good at focusing on our needs specifically. Since it's a new product, there were a few bugs at first but the company was incredibly quick to fix them.

User friendly health and safety tool

Pros

It gave us the system flexibility and growth potential we needed. The staff worked closely with us to develop multiple forms in different languages, along with data input and export features. We didn't need a super expensive, fully integrated data automation system, what we needed was something affordable that could grow with us by adding customized modules as needed. The owners and team at Cyanic HSE have met all our requirements and continue to provide excellent customer service. Even though we're on different continents, we've collaborated to build the system according to our specifications and over a year later, they still provide advice and quick responses as our needs evolve. Big thanks to them!
