“Versatile tool”
Pros
One thing that really worked well for me was how versatile it is. It can connect to a wide range of protocols and the coding for Services feels very flexible. I also really value the VS Code plugin and the quality of the support team.
Cons
A dashboard for the Data Explorer would be a very welcome addition. I'd also like the option to create Services through a UI and use online templates and I'm still missing tighter integration between the Workbench, Sandbox and the Service files that are actually being used.

“flexible machine data integration”
Pros
Connecting all kinds of machine data is really flexible and being able to do it with code is a big plus.
Cons
The user management and the overall usability of the web interface could still be improved especially for non-technical users.
