Keeping our security compliance work on track has been much faster and more organized with it and it has helped us avoid security and compliance gaps. The platform's innovative technology, together with a dedicated and professional team, played a big part in helping our company achieve its goals. I use it every day to monitor compliance gaps and the available integrations make the platform simple to work with. On top of that, the overall experience has been backed by excellent customer success support.

It already offers many out-of-the-box integrations but we still need additional ones.

It takes a standout approach to risk management. The security risk matrix feels far more than a standard feature, it's become an essential tool for helping us evaluate and rank risks efficiently. We used to handle things in a much more reactive way but now the matrix gives us real-time visibility that helps us stay ahead of potential problems.

having more customizable reports for stakeholders and internal review needs would make it even better.

Pros

Turning SOC2 compliance from a nightmare into something manageable has been a huge win for us. It connects directly with our cloud services and code repositories which has made the whole process much faster and more organized. Before this, compliance work dragged on forever. Now it's just built into how we operate and doesn't interrupt our daily workflow. Their support team also deserves a lot of credit, they respond fast, know exactly what they're doing and that kind of help makes a big impact.

The integration library covers a lot but there are still a few missing connections for some of the tools we rely on. I've already asked about them so now we're waiting to see whether those integrations get added.

The platform itself was also simple to start using. Our team really valued the simple setup since it let us get everything in place without much friction. Another big plus has been the integrations. Cypago connects with a wide range of tools and systems we already rely on and that made a real difference for us. It helped organize our compliance workflows and automate parts of evidence collection and control management.

Although it offers a broad selection of integrations, a few more niche options are still missing. Expanding that list would make the platform even more useful.

The dashboard brings all the different types of information into one place which makes it really convenient to keep track of everything in a single view.

At times, it is not that comfortable to work with. Some parts would be better if they had more screen space or opened in a separate window like the user review section.

Right when we needed it most, it turned out to be the right fit for us. The sales process was clear and hassle-free and the platform delivered the value we were expecting. On top of that, it's customer success team guided us through onboarding and helped us get up to speed quickly.

Honestly, there's very little to complain about with it. Anything that helps an audit move along more efficiently is a big plus to me.

Getting started is quick thanks to the built-in catalog of well-known security frameworks like SOC soX, ISO and HIPAA. The controls list also feels different from most other platforms which usually rely on a spreadsheet-style layout so the interface stands out in a good way. Another plus is their team itself, they're friendly, helpful and usually quick to assist with formatting requests or fixes.

Cons

Since it is still growing, it still needs to expand its integrations with other security tools such as scanners and policy management platforms. It would also be much more convenient to have a support team based in the US instead of depending entirely on the team in Israel.

It has completely transformed how compliance is handled in SaaS companies by automating a large portion of the process.

I'd love to see broader support for cloud services within automated control management such as managed Kafka, managed Elasticsearch, Redis and similar tools.

connecting it to our cloud setup and CI/CD systems went smoothly. Once the environment was linked, being able to collect and attach evidence while working directly with the auditor cut out a huge portion of the time usually spent on audits.

The team's support was excellent and overall it helped make the whole process as smooth as possible.
