Pros

Its an excellent tool for tracking safety incidents and classifying them efficiently. The reporting feature saves a lot of our time and its super helpful when I need to report data to management of all levels. It has made a big difference in how I report safety data at Alro by improving the safety data reporting while significantly decreasing the time needed for it. I would highly recommend it!

Cons

One thing that I would like to be added is the ability to rearrange the order of fields in a table instead of having to recreate it from scratch. It would also be great to rearrange the shortcuts on the dashboard as needed.

Pros

I found the decision trees in Auditor really helpful in understanding what is applicable. I can also add site specific permit questions to the audit which is a great feature.

Cons

There should be more guidance to help people with little experience respond correctly to emails sent from tasks they need to take care of. Would make it easier for the beginners.

Pros

It made it easy for me to sort out the relevant regulations for the Korean chemical industry. I didn't need to look through a ton of laws.

Cons

Initially I couldn't use Korean language in the tool but the DAKOTA IT team was able to fix it after a while. Everything fine now!

“Unlocking Safety Culture with Incident Reporting

Pros

Its an all in one solution for EHS. It covers compliance, auditing, incident reporting, and CAPA tracking from various sources, audits, incidents and the compliance calendar. Plus I don't even need to set anything up on a local server. The whole thing is very convenient.

Cons

The tool can act slow and faulty at times especially with the shift from the old architecture to the new Views architecture.

This tool is really easy to use. I love the fact that I am reminded through emails about what I need to enter for the month before the deadline.

Cons

I have nothing negative to point out about this program as my experience has been great.
