Pros

Something that really stands out is how advanced and adaptable the approval workflow is. It also makes searching for information fast and simple which saves time in daily use. Another big advantage is the business glossary which is genuinely very useful.

Cons

At the beginning it can be a little confusing for new users although that mostly improves with familiarity and learning. In our case, a few of our specific needs also required some minor custom development.

Having it as a single place for our data and knowledge has been a big advantage. It organizes workflows and the business glossary in a clear way so information is much easier to locate and everyone stays aligned on processes and definitions.

Cons

the interface can feel somewhat complex and the customization options are fairly limited. Because of that some features take a while to learn and they cannot always be adjusted exactly the way we need.
