I really appreciate how Defense in Depth gives us a user friendly and flexible interface that supports a team based approach to managing cyber risk within our organization. Its simple yet very effective!

Cons

Its not exactly a downside but I feel the Defense in Depth framework hasn't fully reached its potential yet. There are still some areas that could be developed given how good they are at visualizing and measuring risk. Luckily the team at Defense in Depth is very cooperative and always ready to take suggestions.

Their team is very well trained and easy to collaborate with when it comes to handling our IT security needs. There hasn't been a single time where there was a communication gap.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. I think they do a great job at Cyber Security.
