“Easy to use document management system!

Pros

It offers a lot of different ways to design workflows and processes for managing important documents. I really like its flexibility.

Cons

Right now each document gets its own email notification. When handling large volumes of documents it would be much more efficient to have batch email notifications with a list of multiple documents.

“Best choice for a great document management experience

Pros

DocTract gave us a great experience for both administrators and employees right from the first demo making it the clear winner for customization and document management. Its great knowing this software helps keep both our policies and documents updated and simple for our employees to use in such a fast changing regulatory world. A major feature for us is the audit trail which helps us track and understand policy changes, when they happened and who made them. Saves us a lot of time.

Cons

We wanted a few features that were not there previously but I would have to say that DocTract has been very receptive to our requests and keeps us in the loop about any updates or new features. They value our feedback.

“Effective document management

Pros

This is a great tool for managing policies with an easy setup and user friendly design. Employees can quickly find what they need using keywords or organized labels. While on the admin side the team can easily collaborate, monitor revision changes and track trends in usage. Easy and useful for both sides alike.

Cons

Unable to edit the revision number. It would be great if minor changes like spacing adjustments or font tweaks could be made without changing the revision number.

Pros

We really appreciate how easy it is to get started and how helpful the staff is. After going through the setup and training, any maintenance we need to do is fast and simple. The document linking feature and the great search tool are also very helpful for everyone!

Cons

Can't really think of anything bad! DocTract has made a huge difference for our organization and we haven't faced any problems with it.

Pros

The platform is really easy to use. The customer service is well trained and never disappoints. They are a great help.

Cons

I sometimes forget all the little tips and tricks that come with using all of DocTract's features.
