Pros

From simple graphic forms and line charts to more creative interactive stories, this tool covers a lot. It also lets you automate data feeds, send email alerts and reminders and do much more beyond basic reporting. The analytics reporting framework feels more organized now and the chart and graph creation features, along with email distribution and follow-up reminders, save each person about eight hours every week on average.

Cons

Something that seems to be missing is the ability to schedule or automate data refreshes and there's also no option to import custom visuals. On top of that, scaling it across a large organization could end up becoming quite expensive.

The analytics reporting setup feels much more organized now and being able to build charts and graphs with alerts and email distribution has saved each employee around seven hours per week on average.

Cons

One missing piece is the lack of scheduled or automated refresh options and there's also no custom visual import feature available. If the organization is large, scaling the platform can also become fairly expensive.
