Perfect for me

Pros

I really like how the data sharing and grouping features work. It makes organizing everything a lot easier. Plus, the reports are not just useful but they're also really easy to share with others which is a big plus for me.

Cons

I honestly like the software a lot. I can't think of anything I dislike right now but I guess the reporting part could use some work. I haven't been able to present the reports in English yet but that's probably just because I haven't figured it out myself.

My experience with Elyze

Pros

It's incredibly easy to use and it covers all the important aspects of ESG. I love that I can get everything I need in one place without feeling overwhelmed.

Cons

Unfortunately, for the kind of work our company does, the fields available to implement were limited. It would be great if there were more options to match our needs.

Great solution for managing documents and data

Pros

Using this software is very easy and it's very interactive, so I didn't have to spend much time figuring it out. The best part is their technical support which is absolutely excellent. They're always there to help if I run into any issues.

Cons

One thing I'd love to see is quicker links to switch between sessions. It would make the whole experience more efficient if I didn't have to wait too long when moving between different tasks.

User-friendly with room for growth

Pros

The way this software is divided into different areas really makes it accessible even for people who aren't too tech-savvy. I can easily go through it and the option to customize the fields based on what I need is definitely a bonus.

Cons

Sometimes if I stay inactive for too long, I get disconnected from the tenant. The good news is that the access is really quick once I log back in. Also there are times when the fields don't fully explain what data needs to be entered. I think adding an internal guide, based on the GRI standard would be super helpful. That way, I wouldn't need to keep going to outside sources to figure out what data to put in the fields.

Easy ESG reporting

Pros

What I really appreciate about this tool is how easy it is to use. The interface is simple and smooth which makes everything feel smooth. I also love that the data validation works perfectly, ensuring everything I input is accurate.

Cons

No cons. I really appreciate the KPI management, document archiving, and active notifications. They help keep everything on track and organized.

Useful for sustainability digitalization

Pros

We gave it a try for a whole year and now it's become a regular part of our reporting process. I honestly can't imagine doing things without it anymore and it's really become an essential tool for us.

Cons

I think it could be even better if it had more calculation tools built in. Right now, it mainly works as a repository which is helpful but adding more features to help with calculations would make it even more powerful. I also think it would be great to connect it with other platforms for even better integration.

Helps with data collection & reporting

Pros

The interface is so user-friendly and looks great which makes it a pleasure to use. I can easily create users, set up hierarchies, define areas and customize fields without any issues. And whenever I need help, ESG NEXT support has always been there for me which is a huge relief.

Cons

The data report is presented in a standard format which is fine but for more customizations, you need to know PowerBI. That's actually a strong point of the software, though because it offers great flexibility for those who are familiar with PowerBI.
