Pros

I love the ability to customize incident reporting types and workflow approvals. Its super easy to export everything to Excel for extra features.

Cons

Getting everything set up was a bit tricky because we had more than one person involved due to staff issues. This made the process less smooth and dragged out longer than we expected. Everything started going much more smoothly once the main guy came back.

What makes it amazing is the fact that it captures information in real time and lets users communicate with the creator.

Cons

We had to capture footage outside the system. Turns out it can be a bit difficult for first time users. The data analysis feature could also use some work.

We found the platform to be quite adaptable and customizable. It meets all our needs and that too while being affordable.

Cons

I haven't had any issues so far. The software meets all our business requirements and has integrated into our business without a problem.
