“Easy to use

Pros

We decided to go with this tool because we could customize the modules exactly how we wanted. It lets us adapt everything to our needs. It's also really easy to use which is great because we have users with all sorts of skill levels and everyone can use it without any issues.

Cons

Moving from the old software to ERA was overwhelming at first. The implementation took longer than we thought, and we faced some challenges especially with changes in project managers. But once we got our current project manager on board, everything went smoothly.

Like with any new software, it takes time to get used to. But the customer support is fantastic and they've been super helpful with our projects.

The interface was a little tricky at first and it took some time to get used to. But once you figure it out, it's super easy to use.

Pros

The ready to use reports are perfect for meeting regulatory requirements for pollutant monitoring. They're easy to download and keep track of.

Cons

It does require some learning and testing but honestly, it's totally worth the time you put into understanding how it works.

It's a solid foundation for environmental reporting. We're still in the early stages of implementing it but the ERA team has been amazing so far. I definitely recommend both the team and the software.

I really appreciate the one-on-one assistance available whenever we run into any issues. It's been a huge help.

Cons

The MSDS layout is much easier to use now which is a big plus.

Pros

We got it at just the right time for our plant. We were in the middle of building our new facility and while we were ramping up, It was ramping up the software for us to use. It worked out perfectly.

I have nothing negative to report so far!
