“Excellent support and solid platform

Pros

Setting up this software was pretty easy and navigating through it is not a problem too. Plus it covers all the key components I need for risk management. What I really like is how flexible it is as I can configure exactly what I want to access and view based on my specific needs. The customer support team has been fantastic too as they get back to me quickly and their communication is always clear and helpful.

Cons

Cannot think of any major issues as it really meets our business requirements perfectly.

“Easy to Use with Excellent Support

Pros

The system does a great job helping us connect with business unit leaders and link our enterprise risks directly to strategic goals. Plus setup process was simple too and the flexibility really stands out. Customer service has been the best too whenever we have needed support. Also the visual dashboards are clear and comprehensive making risk monitoring much more manageable than before.

Cons

While the system handles data analysis well on its own I would personally love to see Power BI integration added down the road to streamline our reporting process even more.

“Effective Risk Management Tool

Pros

Essential ERM setup process was simple and the workflow feels easy to follow. Plus the results give us the exact risk information we are looking for. Support team is great too as they are always there when I need help or want to go over something again.

Cons

Occasionally run into bugs and the loading can be really slow though support is quick to address these issues when they come up.

One thing I really like about it is that regular updates keep coming.

Well one thing I noticed is that I cannot go into specific details when evaluating how well controls are working.

I really like that this gives me one clear view of all risks happening right now and it connects nicely to our risk management needs and strategic goals. The indicators are also easy to track and keep an eye on. The workflows and other features really help with making better decisions and getting teams to work together more effectively. What impressed me most was the quick implementation like it just took 2 to 6 weeks even without any IT experience and there team responds fast when you need help. This is essential since risk assessments need to be dynamic and risk data changes so rapidly. We use it daily to stay on top of emerging risks and escalations that require immediate attention.

Cons

The reporting options feel pretty limited to me right out of the box and while they mention plans for more customization down the road, it is not there yet when you need it.

“Pretty amazing

Pros

It is really user friendly and it works well whether you are dealing with a small team or a massive organization. The learning curve does not overwhelm smaller companies which shows thoughtful design. Plus everything flows logically and is simple to understand. What I particularly like is how it prevents you from getting bogged down in too many risks which is usually what kills ERM initiatives in my experience. Also the ability to connect strategy with risks is a nice touch if you want that functionality. But what I really love is linking risks directly into annual work plans which transforms ERM from a yearly checkbox exercise into something that actually lives and breathes throughout the organization.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any real downsides to mention.

I really like being able to consolidate strategy, risks and implementation plans in one place and connect them for improved management reporting.

Cons

Have not run into any issues yet. I have worked with this at two different companies and it has been great both times.
