I like how it turns complex legal stuff into easy to follow tasks. Makes my life way simpler.

Cons

It'd be awesome if I could just drag and drop to customize the organizational chart. That would make things so much easier.

Pros

One of the best things is how we can create a legal register that's tailored to us and always up to date. We just click once and everyone across the company gets the info they need. It gives us peace of mind legally and it's super transparent. Even auditors have praised how it works, so everyone's on board with it.

Cons

Honestly, I don't think there are any features missing. It does everything I need.

Pros

From what I've seen, It has the biggest list of relevant laws from all sorts of areas when it comes to compliance. And using it is pretty simple and it breaks things down in a way that's easy to get.

Cons

Some of the legal requirements don't quite fit certain situations and a few provisions are implemented in a way that's too simple and confusing. It would be very helpful if there were more examples of how to implement them.

I love how it updates everything on its own. I don't have to worry about remembering or keeping track of anything myself.

Some tasks could definitely be explained a bit more clearly. Also a bit of guidance on how to tackle some tasks would be a nice touch.

As an admin, assigning the same tasks to multiple people is a real effort. It takes a lot of time especially when you're using the roles function afterward.

Pros

We use this for our ISO 14001 certification and it's been amazing. Our legal register is always complete and current. What I like most is how clearly it shows what tasks come from which laws and how fast we can adjust things when there's a change.

Like with any new software, it takes practice. You have to think carefully about task delegation to make sure people accept and understand what they need to do.

“Great and helpful software

Pros

It lays out the legal requirements in a super simple way. We get all the info we need, we can assign tasks to the right people and the email alerts and workflow features keep things moving. Also the support (even though I won't name names) has been really helpful. The reporting options are great too.

Cons

Assigning tasks for big categories like instructions or risk assessments can be clunky. It'd be great if there were pre-set groupings or role assignments to make it smoother.

With Georg, it's very easy to assign responsibilities to the right folks. That way, we stay compliant without stress. Ever since we started using it, compliance checks with auditors and authorities have been smooth sailing.

Cons

The setup was a bit of a project but now in daily operations, a lot of the documentation requirements have been taken care of by Georg which is a huge time-saver.

It's kind of like a full service package and it takes care of everything we need.

Managing the software can be complex but the training is really helpful for getting the hang of it.

They give solid legal advice and help us pick the right obligations to follow. Setting it up on our own network wasn't hard either. And the updates, both for the laws and the software are regular and reliable.

Cons

The administration part takes some time to get used to. The way roles, users and permissions work could definitely be more flexible.
