Pros

The pricing is really competitive compared to other cloud solutions and I like how efficient all the features are. Overall it's become one of the most widely used platforms for good reason as you get great value for your money.

Cons

Currently I cannot find any real downsides to mention. Though it is still developing as a cloud solution provider and keeps getting better over time.

The communication setup between our company and clients has been rock solid. Also I like that it keeps tabs on task progress which makes our workflow much smoother. Plus our field agents get clear guidance on customer interactions and engagement strategies which has been invaluable.

I have not come across any performance issues or barriers that would impact my work as this tool has served me well throughout my career.

To be honest I cannot really point out any major flaws so far as everything seems to work pretty well for our audit and assurance needs. Plus it covers most of what we are looking for in one place.

“Support they offer is outstanding

Pros

It creates a great end to end workflow environment that really cuts down on time since I dont have to constantly download and save files. Also the customer support team is exceptional as they are very responsive and genuinely welcome the feedback and suggestions we gave for improvements.

Cons

The only downside I can think of is that there really is not much to complain about. This tool delivers exactly what audit firms need with its smooth interface and reliable support.
