This platform is very user friendly. And the support team is always there to help us in the best possible way. We found it easy to adjust the system to fit our work environment and we use it for a variety of tasks. Great experience overall!

Cons

It would be great if questionnaire scores are made quicker and easier to access. I am fine with everything else.
