What stands out is the platform's modular design and how well it helps organize our procurement work. The AI and machine learning features have been valuable for making better decisions, especially with the real-time dashboards and predictive analytics guiding us. Having access to a large supplier database has made it much easier to decide which suppliers are worth working with and the RFQ form has helped us identify the best options more efficiently. The 8-week onboarding process was simple to follow and connecting it with our financial systems has helped our operations run more efficiently. The compliance management tools have also improved our government reporting and emissions disclosures, saving us time while increasing accuracy. Overall, the platform has supported our corporate goals well, leading to cost savings and better results.

Cons

Getting used to the software can be confusing and it isn't always the easiest system to navigate. There are times when it runs slowly or doesn't perform as reliably as it should. I also think it could be stronger in terms of customization since it doesn't always fit my specific use case as well as I'd want. Better compatibility with other systems would also make a big difference. Even with those issues, I still feel the software has a lot of potential.

Getting through the data and reviewing it is simple and the platform works really well for Supplier Diversity analysis.

There are times when some spend data is missing but it gets corrected once the issue is reported.

Quantum's solution has made a very positive difference in the way we handle spend analytics. The interface is also very user-friendly and the biggest value of all has been their superb customer service.

One thing that would improve it is having the self-certification tab automatically move along with the certification tab instead of needing a manual click each time.

Quantum's platform is very simple to navigate but the biggest advantage has really been the team behind it and the level of customer support they provide. As we've grown our Supplier Diversity Program at Merck, they've felt like true partners throughout the process. They've been dependable, flexible and quick to adapt and the Quantum team is always willing to collaborate with us and tailor the dashboard to match our business needs.

I haven't run into any downsides while working with the team.
