Pros

One thing that has been consistently positive is how helpful the support team has been. I can't say a whole lot beyond that because I mainly use it to review vendors and help with their risk assessments.

Cons

Getting started on our current platform came with quite a few challenges. We're actually in the middle of having a new platform built because of those issues. External questionnaires were especially problematic particularly getting vendors to receive them and send responses back. On top of that, I had to figure out the ins and outs of the system on my own.
