Great GRC centralization and automation tool

Pros

I really like having everything centralized for managing governance, risk and compliance. The customizable methodologies are great too as I can work with different standards and norms depending on what each methodology requires. Also it has been pretty helpful for automating processes in our information security management system and broader security programs. And being able to maintain all our documentation and evidence in one place is a huge plus. What I find most engaging is the flexibility to customize methodologies for asset qualification, risk assessment and evaluating risk treatments that level of customization really makes a difference.

Cons

At first glance, this seems pretty intimidating and not very user-friendly, but once you spend some time with it, you start to get the hang of how everything works.

Excellent team support and implementation

Pros

The simple design really works for me and the Globalsuite Team knows their stuff inside and out.

Cons

I feel like it could use more visual options for the heatmap display.

Had a nice experience overall

Pros

I like that this platform gives me everything I need for risk management in one place. The real time monitoring keeps me on top of potential issues as they develop, and the assessment tools help me evaluate risks properly. Plus the reporting features make it easy to document and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Cons

A few people have pointed out that you cannot easily find pricing info for this software as you have to reach out to the company directly to get quotes. This makes it more challenging to budget or compare costs upfront which can be frustrating when we are trying to evaluate options.

Comprehensive and powerful platform

Pros

What I find most valuable is how flexible this tool is when it comes to setting up parameters and customizing different parts of our organization as there are so many ways to configure things exactly how we need them.

Cons

Finding specific functions can be a real challenge with how complex the menu layout is as there is just too much visual clutter that makes navigation harder than it should be.

Simple and user-friendly

Pros

The speed and accuracy of the hands on implementation really impressed me. Plus the flexibility in customizing the fields I needed was exactly what I was looking for.

Cons

One thing I noticed that GlobalSuite navigation is not smooth on a few screens.
