Pros
The interface is really user frinedly and easy to navigate. Also their support team is truly amazing whenever I need help.
Cons
It took us some time to figure out the right configuration. So keep in mind that like any system you really need to know what your looking for upfront.

“Solid choice for bigger businesses
Pros
I like how simple it is to build comprehensive instructions. Also Gluu platform clearly targets bigger operations and excels at developing detailed work guides for enterprise level companies.
Cons
Well I feel like integration with other platforms could definitely be better as it would make creating daily work instructions so much easier.

Pros
Getting used to this platform was surprisingly smooth like much easier than I expected. The interface feels simple to use too which helped our entire team adopt it quickly. Overall we have seen real success integrating it into our workflows. What impressed me most was how well it handled both new process implementations and updates to existing ones. The customer support has been exceptional too as whenever we hit a bump, their team was there with personalized help and multiple follow up meetings when needed. I am using it almost daily now and it's become invaluable for our organization.
Cons
No major complaints so far. This platform has really evolved over the years. It was already amazing when we started using it but the improvements have exceeded our expectations.

“Streamline all our processes
Pros
Makes everything simple when we need it simple or lets us dive deep for complex processes. Also it is perfect starting point for smaller companies that do not have much process control yet as it really helps you map everything out and build proper work manuals. The user and role management is solid too. Plus the built-in versioning and comments make it easy to roll out processes to the right people.
Cons
It requires a license to view processes even if it is just to check something once a year makes it hard for managers to see the value in getting licenses for everyone. For new users the system can feel overwhelming with all the complex, interconnected processes. Plus without proper user control, it is easy to accidentally create duplicates or overlap in processes.

Pros
The interface is really user friendly and easy to pick up. Plus the Gluu team provides great support during implementation to help you learn their methodology which has significantly improved our integration process. You can start simple and see immediate results, then gradually expand functionality. For example using tasks to guide users through processes much more effectively. And they are constantly developing new features and adding options. We get support responses quickly whenever we need help. Also the price to performance ratio is excellent. So pretty much every department uses it daily now.
Cons
Only works online which I find a little limiting. Plus they keep adding new features constantly so the interface changes frequently and we have to keep relearning things.

“Reliable solution
Pros
I find this system pretty flexible particularly when it comes to the drawing utilities. We have made it our go to Quality Management System since I use it daily. While you need to learn the basics and understand GLUU's features, it is overall pretty simple once you get the hang of it. Despite some minor issues I mentioned in the cons I would definitely recommend it to others.
Cons
It feels pretty generic since it is designed for everyone so there are features my company doe not really need. I also occasionally miss small updates or changes. That said the tech support team is really flexible and goes out of their way to help with any questions or specific needs we have.

“Excellent for Process Mapping
Pros
What I like most is how flexible the documentation options are. You can either use the predefined APQC templates or build your own process landscape from scratch. Plus the newer custom fields feature has been a game changer for linking IT systems with processes though you can really customize these fields for whatever your specific needs are. And our rep has been fantastic as she was great at understanding what we are trying to accomplish and suggesting ways to make it work within the platform.
Cons
While it is continuously evolving and the team genuinely listens to feedback, there were some frustrating moments earlier on. Such as performance used to be pretty slow and those editor arrows seemed to have a mind of there own like clicking wherever they pleased. But most of these issues have been resolved now but let me tell you that it took some patience during the development phase.

“User-Friendly tool
Pros
The platform makes it really easy for our team to standardize all our core business processes. What I lover about it is how user friendly the interface is as anyone can pick it up quickly without needing a lot of technical training. Plus having everything centralized in one spot is quite convenient such as all the workflow details, user info and step by step instructions are right there when you need them.
Cons
It is not easy to differentiate between main processes and sub-processes when they all look the same. Maybe making the main ones bold or using a different color could help make the distinction clearer. Also printing swim lane diagrams can be frustrating because the quality is often too poor for workshops. Plus trying to align all the boxes and arrows perfectly feels like a hassle and it often ends up looking messy despite our best efforts.

Pros
I rely on this tool to help my clients establish solid standard processes. Getting their teams engaged and collaborating through Teams integration works really well. Also the setup was simple and the customer support has been excellent.
Cons
The only thing I would improve is having a clearer visual map of how our organizations processes connect though I noticed they just rolled out something like this recently.
