“One of the best tools in the industry

Pros

The interface is really basic and since it is web-based, I can access it from any device which is pretty convenient. Plus it covers pretty much everything we need for governance, risk and compliance work. What I like most is that the technical setup is not overly complex compared to other options out there and once you get it running, training new users happens pretty quickly.

Cons

One downside is that since it is web-based, we cannot access the GRC Toolbox when you are offline. Also I feel like the contract management and policy management features could really use more development to be honest.
