“Very helpful for compliance

Pros

I really like how it makes my tasks convenient! Appreciate all the help it provides since I am already occupied at this time of the year closing out projects. Having a tool that is so efficient makes life easier.

Cons

Not particularly excited about the amount of changes they made this year but to their credit they addressed all of my concerns.

The reporting is very simple to use and does a great job at providing quality reports.

Cons

Not really happy with the Program and Assessment module. It's difficult to get the hang of and needs a lot of training to work well.

I am yet to face an issue with this product so cant point out any flaws.

Customer support is very well trained. They were super helpful in guiding us through the process.

Not a fan of government regulations. I know its important to be compliant but the process takes some effort.

I find it super simple to use. Helps keep everything in check and offers training too. The training is detailed and simple to understand.

Cons

HIPAA OSHA usually take a lot of work but this tool reduces the effort considerably. It does make things easier.
