“Simple way to maintain compliance
Pros
This software is really easy to use. It helps me track Risk Analysis questions, responses and attached files. The assessment is split into clear sections and I can easily share responses and assignments with others in the organization. Its simple to follow progress and communicate with assessors. Whats even better you can start from year two as the information automatically carries over from the previous assessment. These features make it an amazing software.
Cons
I honestly cant point out any downsides to HIPAA One.

“Great user friendly platform
Pros
Its simple to use and builds on the work done in the previous year. HIPAAOne keeps record of my remediation and it also gives me a place to show auditors how I'm handling everything.
Cons
It was a bit complicated at the start and sometimes I couldnt get help when I needed it.

What I love most about HIPAA One is how easy it is to use and the excellent customer service. The customer service is very helpful in case of an issue.
Cons
I like everything about HIPAA One. If I had to point out one thing I would prefer lower prices. But I think it gives great value for your money.

Pros
Found it super easy to use. Managing progress is easy when updating information, changing data and adding new info while keeping track of whats already there.
Cons
Sometimes it seemed like I had to fill in the same or similar information in more than one fields. But I got a better understanding of what information was needed after getting in touch with customer service.
