Pros
The professional support during the decision making process was key to our decision to work with Together Secure. Contact was quick and simple and we received regular updates on developments. Plus the user friendly interface, SSO login and cloud solution options were also big pluses.
Cons

“Implementing Tax CMS is simple with it”
Pros
Risk assessment is pretty user friendly and the presentation can be customized. Plus it saves us a lot of time. The Risk-Control Matrix (RKM) is visually appealing. Employees who were used to an Excel based RKM quickly adapted to this pretty quickly. A Tax Compliance Officer is also well supported in their duties, both in terms of planning and executing controls. The reporting options are practical and visually appealing. Also the customer support they offer is simply excellent!
Cons
Many companies use Excel for displaying a Risk Control Matrix because employees are familiar with working in Excel. However it really shows its strengths when it comes to regularly updating risk assessments, coordinating with different departments and performing and documenting controls. But users will need some training to get started but I would say it is definitely time well spent.

HITGuard's ability to adapt to different threats or work effectively in various environments is impressive. Also the customer service is excellent amazing as they are always available to assist us with any questions or issues.
Cons
Setting up or configuring it is not as easy as I expected and requires additional training or expertise.

Pros
HITGuard brings all relevant data from a GRC tool into one database which can be used across different process and resource layers like ISMS or DSMS. The web interface is simple and the WYSIWYG editor for structural analysis is surprisingly detailed. Plus it helps model and visualize dependencies and risks across different layers like processes, resources which is essential for high-level insights into complex systems. Also the customer support is far above industry standards responding quickly and flexibly to our feedback or requests.
Cons
The built-in report templates do not allow for much customization. So I feel like it would be great to have a WYSIWYG editor similar to the structural analysis to make changes.

Pros
The tool is easy to get started with and requires minimal training. Also it is flexible and allows us to start with a reduced scope which you can gradually expand over time.
Cons
No complaint but a suggestion from my side that an integration with Jira and Teams to map workflows would be very useful.
