“Amazing platform”
Pros
I really enjoy using this platform and how easy it makes my work. The good thing is this platform keeps getting better with time. The customer support team at HSI Donesafe is incredible. They are always there when I need them. I also love that theres training available at all times for new employees.
Cons
It would be helpful if there were more dates dedicated for training.

I really like how simple it is to use the system and how accessible it is for users. Since we work with multiple systems I appreciate how well they all integrate with each other.
Cons

Its super flexible and can be customized to fit the organization's needs through the admin backend. Consultants are there to help with complex automations. It meets most of the system requirements for the organization despite being slightly limited in some ways.
Cons
The reporting dashboard doesnt offer as much as Power BI. To perform better analysis, you have to export data.
