Smooth interface & easy to use

Pros

It is awesome for incident reporting. It's perfect for managing risks and doing our health and safety audits.

Cons

We've been using this system for almost two years now and it's been fantastic. I can't complain. it's way better than the previous DATIX system we used.

More efficient communication setup

Pros

The support has gotten a lot better since we started with Inphase. Most of our tickets get sorted out in a day, which is great for keeping things running smoothly.

Cons

The communication wasn't great at the start but as I mentioned before, it has improved a lot since then.

Awesome tool for the office

Pros

This is by far the best system for tracking missed appointments and no-shows. We call it the "black hole."

Cons

This isn't an online system, you'll need a server to run it.

My experience with Ideagen

Pros

When I had to do an import for the first time, I used the InPhase Help Centre instead of calling support. The search engine was very fast and I found everything I needed in no time. The guide was perfect and helped us do the import successfully.

Cons

I'm new to InPhase, so I don't have any cons to mention yet.

Efficient solution!

Pros

I love how I can add different modules to make sure we're staying on top of governance across the organization.

Cons

Some parts of the system are confusing like the actions and view dates, which seem to change depending on what part of the software you're using.

Simple and customizable

Pros

The training and setup support are fantastic. It's fully customizable, so we can match it to our branding and create different reports for different teams. It's easy to build new reports and keep everything updated which saves time and reduces duplication. It's really helped us have better and more focused conversations about performance.

Cons

The possibilities are almost endless, so we constantly get requests for more reports and visuals. Setting up the system from scratch was a big task because of how complex our organization is. It wasn't hard to do and the system can definitely meet our needs but it's time-consuming and requires a clear plan before you get started.

Fully supported software that covers all our reporting needs

Pros

The system's price is reasonable compared to other tools we've tried. I really like that I can create my own dashboard and reports. The new external portal we're launching is a great way to share key performance metrics with the public. The recent upgrades have added some exciting features that open up new possibilities for us.

Cons

The cost of extra licenses is higher than most other systems we've used. However, I understand you can buy a site license if you want to expand its use. We've found that having at least one 'expert user' is necessary to use the system effectively.

honestly, it's just brilliant

Pros

It lets us collect, organize and standardize data from different sources all in one place. It then gives us the tools to present our findings in a clear way. The reports are live, so once I set them up, they update automatically. The software keeps getting better with features I didn't even know I needed but now rely on. The Inphase team is always helpful and other users are great at sharing tips and solutions.

Cons

Like with any new software, this one can feel overwhelming when you're just starting out. The possibilities seem endless especially for those who aren't administering the product. The more you produce, the more you'll be asked to produce.

Sleek and user-friendly performance tracker

Pros

It doesn't just monitor performance, it manages it. It makes sure everyone knows their responsibilities and focuses on what needs to be done. It cuts out unnecessary work with clear objectives, policies and performance metrics. It shifts performance from being a once-a-year task to something we work on all the time. It helps us focus on the goals and KPIs that matter the most. It gives management an easy view of what's impacting performance.

Incredible software

Pros

It's customizable to fit our branding and integrates well with other tools. We use InPhase to make sure our services are doing their jobs right and helping us meet our business goals. It's also saved us time and money by reducing duplication in reports and tasks. The support team is always there when we need them. It's definitely a great value for what we're getting.
