“Solid compliance and tracking solution

Pros

Working as a consultant we discovered this system through a client who already had access to it. It has proven beneficial for us as it really maximized our ROI by making reporting much more reliable and streamlining workflows. For mining operations that constantly need compliance reporting, it helped us create real value in tracking mineral traceability. What surprised us was getting so much transparency across every unit spanning multiple regional hubs, way more than we expected.

Cons

The only issue I have noticed is the limited export options. We mainly get data in CSV format and I feel like it would be helpful to have more file types available. Other than that there really is not much to complain about since all the key metrics and results are displayed clearly without having to dig through multiple screens.
