Pros

Working with this tool has been proven highly valuable for us in managing user access. Also the interface is clean and user friendly. Plus it keeps everything secure. One standout feature is how it automates employee lifecycle management and offers AI-powered monitoring with detailed behavioral reporting.

Cons

The help documentation could definitely be more comprehensive and I found myself wishing there were better tutorials to really get the most out of all the features.

Well it is hard to find any real downsides so far as everything has been working well for me.

I like that Infisign uses Zero Trust architecture making it a secure platform and giving me peace of mind when handling sensitive data.

To be honest I have not run into any real issues or downsides with this platform so far.

The reporting and logging features still feel like they are playing catch-up though I noticed thay have made some progress recently.

I love that fact that this eliminates the hassle of remembering passwords through biometric authentication. Plus the Zero Trust security approach gives me confidence that my digital accounts are properly protected. And now logging in has become completely seamless and I don't have to worry about security breaches anymore.

Cons

Infisign software is not as well-known as it could be and I would really prefer more comprehensive technical documentation.

The Zero Trust Authentication Templates make it really easy to share identity info in a controlled way and I like how they establish secure connections based on our organizations verification policies.

There really are not any major issues to complain about as everything works as we expected.

Pros

Implementing this passwordless SSO solution has really streamlined how we access different systems throughout our organization. Also the workflow improvements have been noticeable and I have seen a real boost in both productivity and security across the board.

Cons

I am hoping they expand their PAM features soon since it is on their roadmap but right now they are pretty limited.
