I really like receiving the daily energy consumption reports straight to my inbox as it keeps everything organized and up to date.
Cons
The more we use it, the more valuable it becomes but the main concern is finding the time to really dive into it.

Pros
In a large facility with limited staff and thousands of points to monitor having real-time insights into operations and consistent reporting has been a game changer. Plus it allows us to quickly identify issues that we might have otherwise missed.
Cons
I used to frequently go online and make adjustments to the program but I am not sure if that is still possible since I have recently shifted focus to facility operations and moved away from energy and performance tasks. However it was really helpful for sharing information with my HVAC team especially when it came to issues like simultaneous heating and cooling.

The system integration was somewhat challenging but the customer service was exceptional. They are excellent communicators and demonstrate outstanding leadership within their team.
