Pros

Right away the mobile-friendly interface makes the system comfortable to use. On the desktop side, everything is brought together on a single screen so managing policies, customer information and claim details feels much more organized. It also offers a centralized place for all documents which helps improve overall productivity.

Cons

At this point I haven't run into any issues. It's been a solid solution for policy management and other key day-to-day tasks.
