“A must-try

Pros

IntelliGRC offers a great range of frameworks to choose from. I mainly use it for CMMC L1 and L2 but let me tell you that it is flexible enough to support others like SOC2 and HIPAA as well.

Cons

The only problem I ran into with it was not being able to transfer data between tenants. After a few calls with their support team they handled it on the backend. Still I wish this could be done without needing their help.

Pros

It is so easy to use and their customer support is simply the best. Also the platform provides an excellent collection of all CMMC documents in one spot.

Cons

Nothing major but when we first signed up the platform was not fully developed.

Pros

Deploying the solution to our clients is a simple task. Also they have made the management process incredibly simple. It is also simple for our consultants to understand, use and integrate into their assessments.

Cons

I wish there were more regulatory frameworks available like GDPR, NIST CSF, StateRAMP, CCPA, CJIS and some others.

“Hands down the simplest GRC tool

Pros

IntelliGRC has revolutionized the ATO process by automating so much of the lengthy and repetitive tasks. It makes compliance tracking much more seamless. Plus the automated workflows are a huge help. The dashboard is also very user friendly making it easy to keep things moving. While it might not solve every challenge it certainly makes the compliance journey much more manageable and less of a hassle. And I love that I can manage my entire workflow within the tool itself instead of exporting data to Excel like we used to. The price is unbeatable for the value it offers.

Cons

There is nothing I really dislike. I just wish I had started using this earlier in my career.

Pros

The thing I like the most about it is that it is always getting better and they are open to suggestions.

Cons

Every now and then the platform can be a bit buggy and because of that I need to refresh the page a few times.

Pros

It is clear to me that the team has put a lot of thought into the functionality, backed by their deep knowledge of the cybersecurity industry. This is not just a quick fix as it solves real problems in a meaningful way. Also their future direction is even more exciting. As the company is led by true cybersecurity enthusiasts who are passionate about their work, understand what's needed and are responsive to reasonable feedback.

Cons

To be honest I am nitpicking to fill out this required field. This is a newer product and it is designed with a specific purpose in mind so there are a few minor bugs here and there. However the team always responds quickly and I have never felt like my issue was ignored. They have an impressive roadmap and I am happy with the direction they are heading, though there are still a few features I wish I had. Also the pace of their updates is fast but thorough and I really appreciate that.
