Throughout the assessment and follow-up GAP reviews, the feedback we received was genuinely useful and constructive. The team clearly pointed out the gaps and explained how we could strengthen our responses which really helped us refine everything before submission and successfully pass the assessment stage. On top of that, it's customer support has been exemplary. The team were always patient, kind and willing to answer our questions and address any concerns we had.

Cons

A demo video or introductory session would make the onboarding experience much better, especially for first-time users trying to understand how to navigate the software. It would have been helpful to get an early walkthrough on things like adding other users, setting permissions and understanding how non-admin users can view, edit or access the system. It also took us some time to figure out where certain documents were stored, as well as how to edit and print them so they could be tailored to our organisation.

Pros

We only recently introduced it into our Aged Care business and it has already become a really valuable compliance resource. Having everything in one system makes our compliance responsibilities much simpler to manage and gives us a lot more confidence in staying on track. The platform is organised well, simple to move around in and offers clear direction around the policies, procedures, documentation and requirements we need to keep across. It's reassuring to use a system that covers everything from a compliance standpoint, helping us uphold high standards while also saving time and cutting down on complexity.

It's still early days for us with the software so we haven't been using it long enough to point to any negatives at this stage.

From the start, the team was helpful and professional and they made the whole process simple for me. They were consistently available whenever I had questions and they made me feel valued throughout.

Right from the start, it has covered everything our business needs and even goes beyond that. It's an all-in-one management system that feels practical, user-friendly and also comes with an app that works well when we're away from the office. The most valuable feature for us has been the QR codes linked to forms which have made a real difference in how we work.

At this point, we really haven't come across anything we're unhappy with. If something wasn't originally set up the way we needed, it was able to be adjusted to suit us.

Their practical, construction-specific approach made a real difference in how we implemented our integrated management system for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. They didn't just guide us toward certification, they helped us put systems in place that genuinely improve how our construction business operates day to day. Their understanding of the industry's specific challenges came through at every stage. The documentation and processes they developed with us are clear, user-friendly and actually support daily work instead of adding unnecessary bureaucracy. They were also consistently responsive and clearly cared about helping us succeed.

There's honestly very little to criticize about the service. If I had to mention anything, the initial implementation phase did require a considerable time commitment from our team although that was necessary and the consultants did everything they could to keep the process efficient. Their thorough approach isn't a quick fix but in the long term that's really one of its biggest strengths.

One of the best parts of using it has been the customer service, along with the quality of the cloud-based system itself. Everything feels well organized and tidy in one place which is something I really appreciate about having it cloud based.
