“Had a great experience working with it

Pros

KarbonWise played a key role in helping us build our carbon accounting framework from scratch ensuring that it was fully aligned with ISO standards and the GHG Protocol. Plus they took the time to understand our operations and simplified complex methodologies into actionable steps that our team could follow confidently. And the support we received helped us strengthen our internal capabilities reducing the need for external consultants.

Cons

I did not face any issues with the software or the support provided. So there was not anything significant I disliked.

“Proven helpful for us

Pros

It helped us set up an automated carbon accounting system from the ground up, integrating it with our SAP platform for real time emissions tracking. In addition to the platform they also provided valuable advice on emission reductions and gave us a roadmap that guided us further.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as a downside. It was an excellent product and experience. One thing to consider in the future though would be adding Arabic language support as we scale up usage.

Pros

The onboarding process was pretty smooth thanks to clear documentation and interactive training sessions that made it easy for our team to adopt the system. The platform's dashboard is both user friendly and customizable allowing us to quickly track important metrics. Plus regular check-ins from the support team kept us on track and their quick response to feedback was both refreshing and effective.

Cons

Overall our experience was very positive. Just a suggestion for the future would be to include multi language support to help expand adoption globally.

Pros

Carbon accounting data and our TCFD reporting process were fully automated and streamlined. Plus the process of uploading raw activity data and instantly calculating emissions was seamless.

Cons

They didn not have a mobile app for collecting employee commute data which would have been useful. However we could still use their platform to trigger a survey.

Pros

The software is very well designed for handling all GHG accounting needs. It incorporates advanced AI to boost data accuracy, processing speed and insights. Also the platform supports multiple data collection points allowing smooth information gathering across various departments and locations. Its user friendly interface, automated calculations and customizable reports significantly simplify the GHG management process. Plus its adaptability to various reporting standards and frameworks like GHG Protocol, ISO and SBTi adds immense value.

Cons

KarbonWise is highly effective but the initial learning curve can be steep. Also system performance can slow down with large datasets and I feel like there is room for improvement in customization and integrating with external systems.

Pros

What I liked most about KarbonWise was its simplicity paired with powerful insights. The platform made it easy to track, analyze and report our carbon footprint in an intuitive and impactful way. Also the support from the team was exceptional as they are always prompt, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in our success.

Cons

There was not anything I disliked. But if I had to mention something it would be my excitement for seeing even more advanced features and integrations as the platform evolves. Overall this just shows how useful it already is.

Pros

I would say it is a complete package and a must have for growing organizations. Plus the product offers great usability, relevant features and excellent value for money. Also the team is approachable and easy to work with.
