“Simple and user-friendly interface
Pros
KEY ESG platform offers seamless navigation that feels really easy to work with. Also it has made our data collection and reporting so much easier as it has taken a huge weight off our shoulders. What I love most is how simple it is to use plus having that dedicated chat support team is amazing. They get back to you almost instantly whenever you need help with anything.
Cons
I ran into a few problems but honestly that's pretty typical when you are working with any software platform. You always need to keep tweaking and making adjustments as you go because it is just part of the process. However despite those minor issues my overall experience has been really positive.

“Decent software with some usability issues
Pros
I really like being able to view last year's responses and bring them into the current year. Also setting up new account members is simple too.
Cons
The interface could definitely use some work as it is tough to track what tasks are still pending and I really wish there was a dedicated page just for open items.

The team's ESG expertise has been key to meeting our sustainability targets. Also their market knowledge helped us gather portfolio data on time. Direct communication with our companies made the process smooth for everyone. Plus the portal is easy to use and support is always available. They are constantly improving the platform to meet changing ESG needs.
Cons
Finding specific features takes some of our time. Fortunately support is always available to help when you get stuck.

“Works the Best
Pros
KEY ESG interface makes carbon reporting so much simpler by breaking everything down into manageable steps with clear instructions. Also I really like how it explains the assumptions being used too. Plus their support team gets back to you really quickly when you need help.
Cons
I had an issue where my authenticator stopped working and I could not reset it myself. I had to contact support to fix it.

“Excellent Software with Strong Support
Pros
I like its use friendly design as everything feels well organized and easy to navigate. And whenever I have run into problems, their support team has been pretty responsive and helpful.
Cons
The main issue is how time consuming it can be to gather all the necessary information. Plus it would be helpful to get even more advanced notice or previews for upcoming years so we can better integrate this into our workflow planning.

Pros
The data storage is excellent and reliable. Also the interface is logical once we get a few tips on navigating it. And customer support has been quick to respond whenever I had questions.
Cons
I have noticed it does not cover all scope 3 emissions such as things like digital emissions and direct water emissions are missing. Also there is no information about what conversion factors they are using which makes it hard for us to understand how calculations are done.

“User friendly software
Pros
I like how modular this system is as it is user-friendly when adding information or navigating the interface. Plus it is much easier than working with locked Excel spreadsheets and navigation is simple too.
Cons
The comments do not export with reports and you cannot assign specific questions to individuals as data owners only see what they are responsible for. Also I wish I could export questions with answer options for surveys like CyberSecurity ones. The opt in versus opt out process is confusing and there is no alert when questions change. Also I feel like support needs better alignment on handling technical issues as their guidance was inconsistent.
