“Fantastic tool

Pros

The interface is user friendly and quick to learn, plus it looks modern. And I was really impressed by how easily it connects with our ERP and sustainability software bringing all that data together with what we collect in the platform. Plus having everything in one place for reporting and insights has made decision making smoother and collaboration more effective. The implementation was fast especially compared to our last system which took over a year.

Cons

Have not found any real issues yet. We did have a few ideas about tweaking certain features but they jumped on those suggestions right away, so we are pretty satisfied.

Pros

Kodiak Hub software is very user friendly and flexible enough to adapt to our specific business requirements. Plus it establishes a solid framework and serves as a centralized hub for supplier evaluation, auditing and performance tracking. The monitoring capabilities are excellent too and it automatically triggers alerts whenever changes occur.

Cons

Honestly I have not really found any major issues yet as they keep pushing out regular updates that make things better.
