Pros
What I like most is the systems flexibility. It is very well crafted allowing users like us to customize it to meet all our specific needs.
Cons
It can feel a bit overwhelming to set up at first but I think that is a sign of just how comprehensive and well thought out the system is.

“Customer support they offer is the best
Pros
The system is pretty easy to navigate and the customer support is really quick to respond whenever I contact them. Also the interface is quite simple and easy to use.
Cons
Well it is not only user-friendly but also very secure which gives me confidence in using it. And I have no cons to share!

“The most impressive KYC
Pros
Well the automated workflow engine is one of the best features I have come across. With this tool I can create my own workflow defining how processes should proceed as per our requirements. It covers everything from due diligence to operational aspects and even includes operational users. Plus the dashboard is all in one and visually appealing, offering a nice graphical layout that really grabs your attention.
Cons
The fetches need to be purchased separately and I feel like it would be awesome if they could offer a few more in the bundle.

I love how automated the risk assessment is along with the API integration with other software and the biometric facial recognition feature.
Cons
There should be a bank monitoring feature available to spot any unusual patterns in activities or high-value transactions as it will help us a lot.

It is really flexible when it comes to adjusting programs for different jurisdictional needs. And I can easily integrate third party software and even customize the risk ratings.
Cons
There were a couple of reporting features we needed that required some customization but it was not a dealbreaker.

Pros
What I enjoy is the option it allows me to either approve or reject a KYC with ease.
Cons
Once you reject a KYC submission the customer cannot submit a new one unless you first delete the rejected entry which annoys me.

I value the ability to profile and assess risks from start to finish while also having the flexibility to adjust our risk rating as our business evolves.
Cons
Well I just wish I had more time to configure additional features. Though the software is adaptable and I am eager to explore all the potential it offers.

“A useful resource for the MLRO
Pros
This is a great software with plenty of options and regular updates that make the AML departments job much easier. Also it is easy enough for anyone to use even if you are not an IT expert. Plus the team offers excellent after sales support.
Cons
One of the biggest downside for me is the lack of a proper user manual. And when it comes to re-setting or setting things up anew, it is not very user friendly.
