Having an outside resource to handle this part of the work is definitely useful and takes some of the load off our team.

The AI has felt pretty buggy and I haven't gotten many helpful answers from the Slack AI bot. On top of that, the kickoff call was really confusing.

Security compliance feels far less overwhelming with it, especially for a seed-stage startup. The team is made up of thoughtful, caring people who genuinely listen which takes a lot of the stress out of the process. They've brought a ton of clarity to how we handle our security and compliance policies and how we keep up with requirements. I've never felt more confident about how we protect customer data and do right by our users. Their responsiveness has been excellent and they do a great job of helping us understand what's required versus what's recommended so everything feels clear and manageable. Compared with other tools I've used, this has been a night-and-day improvement. The setup was also incredibly simple since they handled most of the heavy lifting and only needed minimal input from our side. Overall, their workflow, dashboard and communication style continue to impress me.

I haven't run into anything that hasn't made this a genuinely fantastic experience.

Pros

Everything connected smoothly with the platforms we were already using which made the rollout feel very natural. The interface is user-friendly so it's simple to locate what you need and the team supporting us was excellent from start to finish.

Cons

There weren't any major drawbacks. The only thing I'd like to see is a more powerful MDM capability to go alongside the compliance suite. That said, it's clearly evolving and what's currently available still covered our needs.

Their practical, hands-on approach to security turns compliance into something meaningful and actually helps us strengthen our overall security posture. The online portal is excellent, the service has been flawless and the integration with our existing tech stack, including AWS Workspace, has been smooth. Getting everything set up at the start was also very simple and their team provided strong support throughout the process.

they've built a really strong platform that's incredibly simple to use. Their team is extremely responsive and having a direct Slack channel with them makes communication feel effortless. Everyone has been helpful, kind and genuinely supportive which has made the platform even better to work with. Communication has been outstanding from start to finish. The setup was especially simple and that was one of the biggest advantages for us. They guided us through the entire process, kept the lift very low on our side and their continued support has been fantastic.

There's really not much to point out here since I haven't come across any noticeable downsides so far.

Their support and customer success teams have been outstanding and very quick whenever we've needed anything. They offer a true white-glove experience for SOC 2 Type 2 compliance and the dashboard is very simple to navigate. Their pen testing service has also been excellent and has taken a lot of complexity out of the process for us. On top of that, it's simple for our team to handle the different steps for software compliance and pen testing on our own when needed.

Usually I leave the technical details to our CTO but it has genuinely impressed me by turning what could have been a simple box-checking requirement into a real sales advantage. The biggest highlight was the quality of their in-house pentest. It wasn't just a surface-level scan, it was a thorough, highly professional deep dive that gave me complete confidence in how resilient our platform is. Having that caliber of testing managed all in one place makes it feel like an enterprise-level partner right from the start.

I don't have anything negative to point to. From an executive perspective, they've followed through on every promise. The platform removed blockers for our technical team and gave our sales team the confidence to lead with our security posture. It's been a smooth experience that genuinely respects a founder's time.

Right away, it felt refreshingly open and the team has been incredibly supportive. They genuinely pay attention to user feedback and their customer service has been excellent, especially when the platform has a few gaps. That approach gave me a lot of confidence because they are clearly asking for input and actually putting it into practice. The setup was surprisingly simple considering how much complexity is involved and their outstanding support has really impressed me.

there's very little to complain about. The only area that wasn't ideal for me was the trust center but I do appreciate that they're actively working on it and that a new version is on the way.
