“Feature-Rich Tool

Pros

The implementation process really impressed me with how professional and well structured everything was handled. Our implementation manager guided us through connecting all our data sources and linking them to the right metrics seamlessly. What stood out most was having a project manager who did not just follow our requirements but actually offered smart suggestions on data aggregation approaches. Also the dashboard and report customization was very helpful working together on this really deepened our understanding of the underlying functionalities and now we are much better at running trend analyses ourselves.

Cons

It would be great to see more reporting frameworks built right into the baseline especially common standards like GRI and SASB that should really be defaults by now. With all these new frameworks popping up having them integrated from the start would save us alot of time.

“Pretty user-friendly software

Pros

I find the interface really simple to use and the visual displays are impressive. What stands out most is how well it aggregates information as you can work with massive datasets without any issues.

Cons

The analytics tools are not great. Other than that everything else about it is fine.

“Meets all our requirements

Pros

One thing I like most is that everything gets managed from one central location which makes tracking our ESG data so much easier. The reporting features are fantastic too letting me customize exactly what I need to see. What's been most valuable is how it helps us spot areas where we can actually improve our ESG performance instead of just tracking numbers.

Cons

Learning curve is pretty steep when you are first starting out and let me tell you that it definitely requires a substantial financial commitment upfront.

Pros

Centralizing everything has been a game changer for our ESG reporting as we can pull data from one place and use it across multiple surveys without starting over. Plus the consistency feature is great as we avoid giving different answers to the same question on different reports. Also I like how it tracks who made changes and when making audits less stressful. Publishing reports is streamlined especially for GRI, SASB and TCFD formats. It is smart how it automatically adds new regulations when they are released. The support team has been very responsive whenever we have needed help.

Cons

The system sometimes work slow during peak usage. Plus building custom reports takes more steps than it should and can be frustrating. That said I am hopeful the UI improvements coming next year will address these issues.

Pros

The interface makes it really simple for our subject matter experts to jump in and contribute as no one complains about using it because everything feels natural. And whenever we have needed help the support team has been quick to respond and really thorough with their answers.

Cons

Default sorting for assignments does not follow numerical order which is frustrating. Also it would be great if we could sort them by number or if that was the default behavior.

I can fully customize what data we track and how emissions get calculated which gives us exactly what we need for our specific requirements.

Cons

The extensive customization options can be overwhelming to us at times and require quite a bit of technical know how to navigate effectively.

Pros

Everything we need for sustainability reporting is in one place. Also our team finds it pretty useful since so many investors look at this data when making decisions. Plus I am confident this will make things much easier when the SEC rolls out their mandatory sustainability reporting requirements.

Cons

Data duplication gets reduced but is not completely eliminated which eventually still cause some headaches for us.

Pros

I like how this tool automatically maps the latest reporting standards for me saves a lot of time on compliance work. Also the workflow control features really help with auditability too making it much easier to track changes and maintain proper documentation throughout the reporting process.

Cons

The interface feels pretty outdated and I feel like could really use a makeover to make it more user friendly and visually appealing.

“Efficient Platform with Outstanding Support

Pros

Being able to easily monitor data input and reference previous survey responses across different years makes this tool absolutely fantastic.

Cons

It runs pretty slow which can get annoying.

“Excellent Reporting Capabilities

Pros

I like that it handles data management and reporting across multiple frameworks pretty nicely. The mapping feature is very useful too as it shows me which questions I have already answered that apply to other disclosure requirements. Plus having our sector specific questions already loaded in there saves so much time too.

Cons

It would be great to have automatic email notifications when questions need reviewing or updating as editors and approvers would really benefit from that feature.
