From what I experienced this app is super simple to use and manage data effectively. Makes it so much convenient for me!

“Easy and efficient

Pros

I found Novata extremely convenient to use. It has clear metric definitions and benchmark comparisons. Plus it lets us move between questions easily and saves everything automatically.

Cons

The chatbot doesn't really help with questions, it just directs me to a contact point. Not sure if its intended to do that.

“Time saving platform

Pros

This platform is user friendly and great for collaboration. What really stood out for me was how each question and metric came with a helpful explanation. The live chat was super quick and informative making it easy to get help without slowing down my progress when I hit a roadblock. I dont want to waste a lot of time when I get stuck and with Novata I dont have to.

Cons

Not a big deal for me but they it would be better if they have an option to import assessment responses from other platforms if needed.

Filling out and analyzing data is fairly simple. Also adding users makes it even easier to get input from everyone. Really nice!

Cons

No difficulties at all so I wouldn't say anything negative
