I love the wide range of customization options and how flexible and easy it is to use. The business partners they work with are really highly rated and willing to help out anyone using the platform.

Cons

The only downside is that I haven't had enough time to fully learn all of its features. Theres just so much to explore.

My suggestion to users would be to keep it simple at first especially if you're not trained properly. Things can get complicated so start slow and build up.

What I really like is the customization and automation that Onspring offers. Its made a huge difference for us.

Cons

I find the selected API for Black Kite a bit bothering. The integration is great but would love to see different data being pulled in. We've already submitted an enhancement request with the wish list. For instance we would like RSI, DBI info, and the ability to pull focus tags.

“Onspring doesn't disappoint!

Pros

Its so easy to pick up and the no code setup lets anyone become an Admin and start building custom apps for their processes. This platform has simplified everything for us.

Cons

It would be nice to see more API integrations. Also I'd love to have access to a trial or sandbox environments so I can check out the apps without having them in my real Dev, Test, Prod environments. Just a few suggestions from my side.

I love how we can customize and adjust everything according to our end goal.

Cons

No downsides. I would have loved using it for everything in life but I still can use it to organize nearly everything.
