Pros
I like how Openli takes a significant load off our Compliance function while also adding value through their expertise. Also it allows for scalability. Plus it provides up to date information, webinars and news about GDPR and changing data protection laws which are extremely useful.
Cons
Well I think a simpler stats indicator with standard terms like not started, in progress, done for vendor assessments would be a helpful improvement.

Pros
The Openli vendors page offers a comprehensive overview of vendors and their GDPR compliance status. Plus I find it easy to navigate and the team is always ready to help when needed. Lucy and the team have been great during the company profile setup.
Cons
There is nothing I have come across so far that I think needs improvement.

Pros
Openli customer success team along with legal and compliance support from it has been excellent. I would say it is a great tool.
Cons
The cookie plugin does not block cookies as it only collects consent from website visitors. Therefore integration with tools like Google Tag Manager is necessary.

Pros
I find it very easy to set up. Plus access to your privacy manager is not a problem and the easily shareable vendor lists and a privacy profile is something I like the most.
Cons
The pricing model was not entirely clear when we first onboarded which led to a higher monthly fee right from the start. However considering the ROI from the new deals we have closed with its help this is a minor concern.

Overall I absolutely love this platform. From the moment I signed up they have been very supportive and walked me through the setup process. Also the staff is friendly, helpful and always available. It is like working with colleagues not just a software provider.
Cons
Integration was easy and the staff were fully engaged which means a lot! But I would love to see more features developed to support compliance and governance such as data mapping or cataloguing.

It is easy to use and most importantly, it takes away the stress of managing cookies and similar tasks. For a small, newly started organization it is a lot to manage but Openli makes it simple for us.
