“Convenient incident reporting”
Pros
Submitting incidents through this tool has been very convenient for our field work. All we have to do is fill in the required information and uploading what happened is pretty simple.
Cons
Document and incident report uploads can get delayed when the connection is unstable. To use this properly in a Safety Management role, a secure and reliable internet connection is really necessary.
