“Effective Cookie Compliance Solution
Pros
The API transition was surprisingly smooth and straightforward for us. Implementation didn't require much effort on our end and the support team was absolutely wonderful throughout the process. They were always available to answer questions and provided clear, friendly guidance that made everything feel seamless. The account and technical support really made the whole experience enjoyable rather than stressful.
Cons
The analytics dashboard's UX leaves room for improvement and the interface isn't as interactive as it could be and I'd love more flexibility when it comes to manipulating data. Getting to actionable insights feels harder than it should be, and better analytics would really take this platform to the next level.

“Excellent Partnership Experience
Pros
The setup and onboarding process was simple and I find the interface really easy to use. What I particularly appreciate is how simple it is to enable and manage the Data Subject Access Request tool and it makes compliance and audits much more manageable. The customer support team deserves special mention though, they're genuinely some of the best I've worked with in terms of responsiveness and helpfulness.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any major complaints right now. Really pleased with how everything's working out between us!

“Simple Setup & User-Friendly
Pros
The entire team I've dealt with really knows their stuff and makes everything easy. Implementation couldn't have been easier and our sales rep Steven was incredible and he provided extra insights that helped us build a strong case internally. I've used other cookie consent tools before that overcomplicate things and drag on for months but this was refreshingly simple.
Cons
The price point is definitely steeper than competitors, though I'd say its worth the investment.

“Best support with knowledgeable staff
Pros
What stands out even more though is how solid their support team is and they're genuinely top-notch. Whenever I've needed technical guidance or wanted feedback on my setup choices, they get back to me fast with thoughtful responses. They also point me toward helpful resources in there knowledge base which is pretty comprehensive.
Cons
Even though the support team and knowledge base are really helpful, I sometimes feel overwhelmed by all the configuration decisions since consent management is naturally complex and there's so much to consider.

“Simple and Smart Platform
Pros
Managing compliance has become so much simpler with this platform and the rules functionality is a game-changer and I can classify massive amounts of scripts, cookies and iframes all at once. The support team always gets back to me quickly, the training videos really helped me get up to speed and I'm genuinely happy we chose this for our SaaS product. From a technical standpoint, publishing new configurations is very simple whenever we need to make changes.
Cons
The reporting functionality has some frustrating gaps and I can't filter out deleted configurations before exporting data which creates messy reports. Since we manage multiple enterprise clients through separate domains, there's no way to share rules across different configurations. This means I'm stuck doing more administrative work because each client needs their own setup, though the rules feature does help reduce some of that extra effort.
