It has been incredibly valuable for assessing real-time, high-risk situations especially with everything happening in the Middle East right now.

A small improvement would be adding alert filters so I could choose to receive notifications only for specific threats like war or terrorism instead of weather-related alerts and everything else.

Every day, it plays an important role in our business for threat analysis and incident reporting. It's a very capable tool and the customer service has been excellent as well. Our Client Success Managers are consistently available to support our operation and respond quickly whenever we have questions or concerns about the platform.

Cons

A few features are only available through the purchase of additional Osprey products and the platform does cost more than some competing options. Even with that, we haven't seen anything else on the market that matches it's level of detail so we're happy with it and have no plans to switch.

The country reports have been really valuable for underwriting and for getting a better understanding of the risks in different regions.

At first, the number of emails felt overwhelming but thanks to the support, I was able to condense them into one daily email which helped a lot.

To have up-to-the-minute information on countries and conflicts around the world has been useful. The analysts are exceptionally knowledgeable and share objective facts instead of subjective opinions which makes the information much easier for us to assess and act on. The geographic view on the explore page is also very useful since it helps us gauge the risk of recent pings in specific areas within a territory. On top of that, the regular conflict updates have been excellent.

I really appreciate that they listened to feedback and actually acted on it. The alert layout for updates has been improved and new information now shows up in bold which makes it much clearer to spot right away. Airport reports have also been expanded with extra details and that adds even more value to the platform.

The interface is simple and the output can be customized to match what we need. It stays current and relevant for our internal assessments which is really important for crew safety and the overall operation.

There is not much to complain about although the font used in the report feels a bit too narrow and can make longer reading sessions somewhat tiring on the eyes.
