Pros

It takes a comprehensive approach rather than breaking things down into separate modules which I find works better for my workflow.

Cons

It doesn't seem to have a solid business continuity plan which worries me since we'll need this for more than 5 years. Also, support takes forever to get back to you when you have questions.
