The Persefoni team is fully dedicated to ensuring every customer regardless of size or their current objectives can make the most of the platform while gaining valuable insights. The platform itself is packed with resources that are ready to use.

Cons

Setting up reports and metrics can be difficult, and preparing or uploading data in the right format is a bit difficult. But I honestly think thats something common across most platforms. What really stands out for Persefoni though is their amazing support and customer success team plus the depth of resources available in the platform. Had to appreciate again.

The support is amazing and always assist you well with any issues. Also the tool is simple to use.

Cons

When doing bulk Excel uploads, it doesn't work if theres leftover data from previous uploads. Would be so much easier if I could build off one bulk Excel for each scope or category.
