It helps us stay on top of everything

Pros

I found the platform pretty easy to use. It walks you through everything from setup to reporting helping me stay on top of things. Its really saved a lot of time and effort on tasks like collecting data and running campaigns. I also love the features like reminder emails that help us stay updated and ensure that we dont miss anything.

Cons

You might need some extra troubleshooting and support from the team to make sure the data integrates well and is accurate.

Perfect choice for us

Pros

We have had Position Green for quite some time now. Their support team has been incredible throughout. They have been there for us all this time. Our company is made up of over 40 sister companies all serving different markets and located across various regions. When we were searching for an ESG reporting system among so many options and we liked PG the most. It was clear that it could handle the scope of our operations and make reporting straightforward. Fast forward to today, we are satisfied with our choice and we now have three tailored templates to meet our needs. We would totally recommend it!

Cons

This isn't really a downside but as I mentioned before we deal with a wide variety of markets and our product range is pretty large. PG's material database is vast but we have noticed that some materials are missing emissions data. We are currently collaborating with our suppliers or PG experts to get this information so that the database includes emissions data for materials relevant to us. Hope to get it done soon.

Decent tool

Pros

Using it is simple and it gives me a solid overview of the statistics. I would say its a decent tool.

Cons

You need to update the month in the calendar if a week crosses into the next month which is easy to overlook. For instance if you have a report for February 27 to March 4, only those dates should show so you dont put in anything by mistake.

Excellent communication

Pros

I really appreciate how good there support team is and how openly they communicate with the clients. Plus the software is customized to suit our needs.

Cons

We have faced no trouble with it so we like everything about it.
