“Smooth Integration with User-Friendly Design

I really appreciate how this tracks everything from procurement all the way through to generating reports and it makes the whole workflow much more transparent and manageable.
Cons
The invoice approval process for AP inbox items created from pictures still needs work and there's no approval option available for these entries.

“Solid vendor management solution
Pros
It really streamlines our vendor and expense workflows without breaking the bank. The cloud-based setup was practically plug-and-play and the interface feels simple right from the start. We've cut down our processing time significantly while tightening up our internal controls at the same time. Can't say enough good things about how smoothly the whole implementation went.
Cons
The contract management features aren't standalone which can be limiting. While the software keeps evolving with better functionality, some areas still need improvement for a more complete experience.

“Solid PO Management Tool
Pros
What I really appreciate most is how incredibly useful this becomes when you're dealing with tons of Purchase Orders. The approval functions are fantastic and nobody can just approve a PO unless they're the designated person for it. Customer support is amazing too, they jump in to help immediately whenever you need them. We rely on this tool heavily in our daily operations since we handle so many PO's especially for overseas transactions. The step-by-step workflow from requisition to PO and then PO to invoice is honestly one of the strongest features.
Cons
What really needs work is making comments flow through from requisitions all the way to purchase orders and invoices, right now they don't carry over which is frustrating. Also, PO functionality could be way better with options to pay partial amounts or percentages especially since many overseas suppliers require deposits or have split payment terms like 50/50 arrangements.

The support team here is incredibly responsive and always working to make the product better. It's really user-friendly and perfect for companies with global operations like ours. Our service rep made implementation and training a breeze. We rely on it daily for procurement across our California and Switzerland teams, and the QB Online integration works smoothly.
Cons
The reporting features could definitely use some work. Currently, everything just dumps raw data and I'd really appreciate having some standard report templates where you can simply adjust the date range and generate what you need.
