Pros

Data de-identification usually gets handled differently from one person or department to another and it does a really good job of standardizing that process and making it reusable across teams. Once the workflow and rules are set up, they can be applied again whenever needed which saves a lot of time and keeps things consistent. There is definitely a learning curve when getting started but the technical support is excellent and very helpful.

Cons

Deploying it on the selected server can be a bit difficult so you'll either need a capable internal IT team or outside technical support to get it up and running properly.
