Pros
The customization options really work well for our specific requirements and whenever we need help, the vendor support team has been solid.
Cons
Getting everything set up properly takes quite tweaking at first. I'd really appreciate more options to customize email sources and logo details and having our company branding instead of the Processbolt logo would prevent vendor confusion. There's also a visibility issue with questionnaires where any user from a vendor company can view their assessment even if they're not supposed to be part of the working group.

What I appreciate most is how it captures responses in our knowledge base and really speeds up the process when we're responding to outbound questionnaires.
Cons
Third-party web integrations can be tricky and we've run into some hiccups, though ProcessBolt's team jumped on fixes pretty quickly when problems came up.

Pros
I really like how smooth the interface is and it makes navigating through different functions pretty easy. The workflow customization options are fantastic and let me tailor processes to fit our specific needs. Integration with our existing systems worked smoothly which saved us a lot of headaches during setup. What I find most valuable is how well it centralizes all our vendor information in one place, making management so much more efficient.
Cons
The integration with ServiceNow could definitely be better and it feels restricted right now.

Pros
It has been incredibly helpful for keeping tabs on third-party vendor risks and making sure they're actually meeting their commitments. It's really cut down our worry about potential data breaches and security issues. What I also appreciate is how it's helped us spot different ways attackers might try to get in, so we can tackle the most important vulnerabilities first instead of just reacting to problems.

I can't really think of anything negative right now, everything runs smoothly and the support team is responsive.
